Body image in schools, is having an invisible and negative impact on mental health, well-being, behaviour and attendance. We have the answer to this very problem and it’s easier than you think.

How our body image workshops work

Our mission is to be the service that turns lives around and gets results in a time frame of 6-12 weeks. Our commitment is to deliver a service that breaks down barriers for body image difficulties.

We work with adolescents and schools, through animation (psycho-educational workshops and coaching), which brings results!

We don’t talk much about your past, we’d rather educate you about how your brain works, then we break down each and every single barrier that you are struggling to cope with, and explore them to make bold changes that create healing.

How do we do this?

We offer you a funded 1-hour animated body image workshop to raise awareness of any negative thinking around body image. This is currently embedded across school curriculums with great results. From this workshop, you can see those who need further support with their body image and we offer them our 6 week animated programme (x 1 hour per week) and 1-1 coaching if needed.

We are an enterprise, delivering  animated body image workshops across the globe. We are a community interest investment and work on ‘donations and grants’ rather than pricey educational invoices.
