We are a certified team of trainers, coaches, and therapists, with memberships in quality assurance for coaching and therapy, specializing in delivering early intervention body image programmes for adolescents in West Yorkshire.

The Body Image Coaching program is an accessible online mental health service offered worldwide with a focus on West Yorkshire. Join our global community and let’s build confidence and well-being together in West Yorkshire.
What Does Our Service Look like?
We deliver pre-recorded body image workshops in animation, providing online peer support groups, coaching, and therapy for West Yorkshire.
Who Is It For?
We are for adolescents ages 11-25. We take referrals from parents, CAMHS, and other healthcare providers, as well as schools and universities
